Columbus expert advance reconnaissance is planned at least 30 days before departure to assess routes, stays and activity conditions. This preparation is not yet represented as completed.
The planned minimum is 1 mentor per 6 students: at least 7 mentors for 42 students. Final staffing and arrangements will be shared once confirmed.
Guardian-consented live location updates are planned, subject to connectivity and network availability. A continuous connection cannot be guaranteed. The fixed day-wise itinerary will be published once verified.

₹200 is the separate registration fee. ₹8,999 is the separate trip participation fee for selected candidates.
The ₹200 registration fee is never deducted, adjusted, credited or offset against the ₹8,999 trip participation fee. Selected candidates pay the full ₹8,999 separately.
Registration payment does not reserve or confirm a trip seat.
Applicants who are not selected receive a full ₹200 refund within 7–10 working days after the final selection decision, subject to payment-channel processing.

The form collects student name, class, school, optional date of birth, and guardian name, mobile number and email to assess the application, contact the guardian, and manage selection, payment verification and refunds.
Access is intended for authorised registration staff; necessary payment information is shared with the payment provider. This registration application does not send student personal data to Meta.
The guardian must review these terms and authorise application processing and essential registration communications. WhatsApp messaging and planned live location updates require separate guardian consent. Live updates are subject to connectivity; this form does not collect live location.

From Darjeeling to Gangtok and Nathula Pass, revisit the places, friendships and unforgettable moments that shaped our sixth season.
Who can apply? Registration is selection-based and open to Classes 6–12 from all schools. There are 42 student seats.
When is the proposed trip? 18–23 January 2027. Rail and local travel arrangements remain subject to confirmation.
How are students selected? Application shortlisting, followed by interaction with the student and parent/guardian. Payment does not guarantee selection.
What are the two fees? ₹200 is the separate registration fee. ₹8,999 is the separate trip participation fee for selected candidates.
Is ₹200 deducted from ₹8,999? No. The ₹200 registration fee is never deducted, adjusted, credited or offset against the ₹8,999 trip participation fee. Selected candidates pay the full ₹8,999 separately.
What happens if an applicant is not selected? Applicants who are not selected receive a full ₹200 refund within 7–10 working days after the final selection decision, subject to payment-channel processing.
What safety preparations are planned? Columbus expert advance reconnaissance at least 30 days before departure and a minimum of one mentor for every six students. These are plans, not claims of completed checks.
Will guardians receive live location updates? Guardian-consented live location updates are planned, subject to connectivity and network availability. Separate guardian consent will be obtained before trip updates; a continuous connection cannot be guaranteed.
When will the itinerary be fixed? The fixed day-wise itinerary will be published once verified. Current destination suggestions and travel arrangements are provisional.
What is included? Planned travel, meals, accommodation and standard entry tickets, subject to final confirmation.
Are swimming or boating confirmed? No. These depend on permission, conditions and appropriate supervision.
